Testing Steps:
Searching
- Go to Properties module in the sidebar
- Try to search in the search field by name, address or customer
- It will filter the list
Pagination
- Observe if it shows "Showing A–B / Page X of Y" with Prev/Next.
Navigation
- Click any records in the list
- It must go Properties details

Did a QA on this:
Confirmed that the searching feature is working well. It filtered the specific description I searched in the search field.
But the pagination feature is not working well. It does not load to page 2-13. It just stayed in the page 1.
For the Navigation, it does not load immediately after clicking a properties. Observed that I have to click properties a couple of time before it opens the properties details.

Retested the issue, and it is now resolved. The paginations working correctly, and the property navigation now opens the property details as expected in one click.
