A date picker (from → to). Changing it re-fetches/updates all charts and cards on the page to only show data in that window.

Testing Steps:
- Go to https://mowery-web.fxprofessionalservices.com/auth/signin
- Click Reports
- You will a date filter, try to input from and to dates.
- Wait for the graphs and reports to re-draw
Acceptance Criteria:
- The reports and graphs will be filtered based on selected date

This is working well,
Confirmed that user can filter the date of the reports and graphs results is also filtered. User can also adjust the timeframe.
