Version 2 - Accomplishment¶

Version 2.0 introduces enhanced reporting features, including live dashboard KPI cards, customer growth charts, service call status distribution charts, and date-range filtering for more focused analysis. Chip’s Report provides service revenue breakdowns by technician, performance rankings, trends over time, and historical details. User management now supports creating, editing, searching, and filtering users, with role and status indicators. Employee, technician, and dispatcher roles define user access and responsibilities, while a dedicated, access-restricted Admin section provides administrative tools and role management.
