Save → redirect to the user's detail/list. Duplicate email rejected.

Testing Steps:
- Go to https://mowery-web.fxprofessionalservices.com/
- Go Users Module
- Click Create User
- Fill Out the fields
- Click create user
Acceptance Criteria:
- Created user gets added to the list

It seems that there is a role permission in creating a user.
I filled in all the necessary fields and upon clicking the 'create user button'- it notified 'unauthorized'. I also edited and adjusted it with different role but still got the same error-'unauthorized'

User can create a 'user; after filling out the needed details: First name, Last name, Email (unique), Phone, Role, Status, Hire date, Notes. I can also edit the details when necessary.
