Description
Role controls what a user can see/do. Admin = all access (employee-only module). Technicians appear in the dispatch board's column lists.

Tried to edit a role from an existing user and got an "unathorized" error.

The feature is working well based on its design.
I was able to create a user in each role-employee, technician and dispatcher. I can also see that the newly created 'technician' user can be found on the dispather board.
